It is that time of the year when our search for India’s most promising under-30s gains momentum. And as with previous years, we would love to hear from you as we make our selection of the fifth Forbes India 30 Under 30 list.

This is an invitation to nominate yourselves, or for you to nominate someone you know. The criteria continue to encompass innovation, impact and implementation, and the categories, as always, are diverse. Do note that the nominees have to be below 30 years in age as of December 31 this year.

Our categories are: Arts & Culture; Design; Ecommerce; Entertainment; Entrepreneruship; Healthcare; Fashion; Finance; Food & Hospitality; Law; NGOs & Social, Policy & Politics; Science & Green Tech; Social Media, Mobile Tech & Communication; Sports; and Technology.

We'll keep these forms open for submission until at least December 15, 2017
