Nitish Kumar is the most liked CM, while BJP CMs are among the most popular
Anna Hazare’s movement exposed the Congress’ moral and political bankruptcy. It also revealed how unimaginative and ineffective opposition parties, especially the BJP, are. However, the party seems to be doing everything right in the states it is ruling. Three out of the most liked five state governments are run by the BJP and the best liked one is headed by the JD (U)’s Nitish Kumar, its close ally, according to a survey done by CSDS for CNN-IBN and Forbes India.
Clearly, people have voted leaders who have made governance and growth their top priority.
