To honor these influential figures, Forbes India and Indeed launched the Top 30 Talent Leaders initiative. Following the success of our inaugural season, we proudly presented the top talent leaders for 2024.

This initiative celebrates those who are actively driving change, shaping the future of work, and making a significant impact in talent acquisition and management. This year, the response was overwhelming, with an impressive 450 entries from across India. Each submission was meticulously reviewed by our esteemed process partner, Ernst & Young, and narrowed down to the top 48 entries. These nominees were then advanced for final scrutiny, where our distinguished jury conducted thorough individual assessments. The grand event took place on June 13th, 2024, at the Conrad in Bengaluru. It was an unforgettable evening celebrating excellence and innovation in Talent Leadership. The Top 30 Talent Leaders of 2024 were unveiled, each recognized for their exceptional contributions and forward-thinking approaches in talent management.
