Donations to the US presidential campaign

Thus far in the 2016 presidential campaign cycle, 83 members of The Forbes 400 (or their immediate families) have declared making direct donations (not through PACs) to a candidate How does the support break down? See the bar graph (some billionaires donated to more than one candidate). One intriguing finding: Donald Trump gets no love from his fellow wealthiest; his campaign hasn’t publicly received so much as one thin dime from anyone on our list. Really classy, losers.
