Methodology

The Top 30 Talent Leaders will be featured over two editions, with each issue profiling 15 talent leaders from the list. The entire shortlisting process and research is driven by the Knowledge partner and the Forbes India editorial team to ensure unbiasedness and transparency in the process.

  • Individuals can participate in the listing by filling in the application form on the website.
  • Preliminary checks shall be conducted to check if the applications received are in line with the pre-defined eligibility criteria.
  • Applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be shared with an expert jury for evaluation.
  • The expert jury will assess and score the qualified applications according to pre-defined evaluation criteria.
  • The top 50 applicants will be identified based on the scores assigned by the expert jury.
  • The list of the top 50 will then be submitted to the final jury for evaluation.
  • The Final Jury will evaluate and score each finalist on the basis of pre-defined evaluation parameters.
  • The final compilation of the Top 30 Talent Leaders for 2024 will be determined based on the scores provided by the Final Jury

  • The company should have established a presence in India for a minimum of 2 years as of 31st January, 2024.
  • The individual nominated by the organization must hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead/Director/Partner or any other leadership role in talent.
  • The individual is required to possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR industry as of 31st January, 2024.
  • The individual must have at least 1 year of experience as a talent lead in the current organization as of 31st January, 2024.

There is no fee for submitting a nomination form for the Top 30 Talent Leader of 2024.

The nominated individual from the organization should hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruitment Lead, Director, Partner, or any other leadership role related to talent.

The nominee must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR industry by 31 st January 2024.
